Step by Step
How Our Prescription Process Works
01
Your Provider Sends Us Your Prescription
Your provider sends us the prescription and it lands in our intake queue. Depending on the office and how they send it, it can take a little while to reach our system — your provider telling you it was sent doesn't always mean it has arrived here yet. You don't need to do anything: we'll text you as soon as it's entered and ready for you to review.
02
We Enter Your Prescription
We enter your prescription and process it, applying any manufacturer coupons or savings programs available for your medication. You then receive a text message with checkout instructions: review your prescription, make any required payment, and choose pickup at our pharmacy, local delivery (where available), or shipping (where available).
03
We Prepare Your Prescription
Once you check out, your prescription goes into production. We compound or fill it exactly as your provider wrote it — the ingredients, the strength, and the dose form they specified.
04
A Pharmacist Checks It
Before anything leaves the pharmacy, a pharmacist checks the finished prescription against what your provider sent and confirms the label is right. Then it's ready for pickup, local delivery, or shipping — whichever you chose — with any special instructions included.
05
Delivery and Tracking
When your prescription leaves our pharmacy, you will receive a notification with tracking and delivery updates. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your order.
06
Delivery Completion
Some prescriptions require government-issued identification and/or adult signature upon delivery. If either is required, instructions will be provided before delivery.
