Village Pharmacy & Compounding prepares non-sterile compounds in accordance with USP 795 guidelines — the established standard for quality, safety, and consistency in compounded medications.
Every prescription is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before dispensing. We document each step of the process and verify accuracy, appropriate dosing, and potential interactions as part of our standard practice.
For patients requiring sterile preparations, we have access to sterile compounding capabilities prepared under USP 797 standards.

The quality of a compounded medication begins with the quality of its ingredients. Village Pharmacy sources active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients primarily from industry-leading suppliers known for their rigorous quality standards and compliance with USP and FDA requirements. We vet all suppliers for quality documentation, certificates of analysis, and regulatory compliance. While Medisca, PCCA, and Fagron represent our primary suppliers, we work with additional vetted suppliers as needed to ensure consistent availability and quality.
