What this site is
Our site provides information about our pharmacy and compounding services and lets you contact us, request refills, and ask questions. It is not medical advice. Nothing here replaces the judgment of your physician or pharmacist. Always talk to a licensed professional about your medications.
Prescriptions and compounding
We dispense only against a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber. Submitting a refill or transfer request through this site is a request — it is not a guarantee that a medication can be filled, and it does not create a pharmacist–patient relationship on its own.
Compounded preparations are made for an individual patient pursuant to a prescription and are not FDA-approved products. Availability, pricing, and turnaround vary by preparation and by ingredient supply.
Communications and consent
By providing your phone number and agreeing on our forms, you allow us to contact you about your pharmacy services. Each consent is separate: you may agree to calls and email about your prescriptions without agreeing to text messages.
Text messaging is governed by the Text messaging section of our Privacy Policy — including STOP and HELP keywords, message frequency, message and data rates, and the limits on what health information we will send by text.
Consent to receive text messages is never required to purchase from us or to receive any pharmacy service or medication.
Text messaging program
If you opt in to text messages from Village Pharmacy & Compounding, the following program terms apply:
- We send pharmacy service and logistics messages — for example, prescription-ready notifications, refill reminders, delivery or pickup coordination, appointment reminders, and billing or account notices.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving texts. After you opt out, you can rejoin at any time by opting in again on our website forms, in person, or by phone.
- Reply HELP for help at any time, call us at 305-274-8955, or email info@villagepharmacymiami.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The text messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Opting in is never a condition of purchase or of receiving pharmacy services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
Payment, insurance, refunds, and shipping
Prices are quoted at the time of service. Insurance coverage depends on your plan and is not guaranteed; compounded and specialty medications are frequently not covered. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, and delivery and shipping by our Shipping Policy.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information — including allergies, current medications, and a phone number you actually control. Keep your details current, and do not misuse the site or attempt to access another patient’s information.
Privacy and health information
Your protected health information is handled under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices and Patient Confidentiality policy, which control over these Terms wherever they differ.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including under pharmacy or healthcare regulation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
