Veterinary Compounding
Personalized Medications for the Patients Who Can't Speak for Themselves
Every pet is different. We compound custom veterinary medications tailored to your animal's species, size, and temperament — making treatment easier for pets and their owners.

The Challenge
Why Standard Medications Don't Always Work for Pets
Many pets refuse pills, can't swallow capsules, or need a dose that simply isn't available commercially. Standard medications are made for humans — not for a 12-pound cat or a 90-pound dog with a sensitive stomach.
Veterinary compounding allows us to create medications in the exact dose, flavor, and form your pet needs — whether that's a flavored chewable treat, a liquid, or a transdermal gel applied to the ear.
How Village Helps

Ear Gels — Transdermal Delivery
Transdermal gels are applied directly to the inner ear flap and absorbed through the skin — no pills, no stress, no struggle. This delivery method is especially popular for cats and is used for medications including methimazole, atenolol, and more.

Having Trouble Giving Your Pet Medication?
We put together a simple step-by-step guide to help you pill your cat or dog with less stress for both of you. Or ask us about flavored or transdermal alternatives that may be easier for your pet.
