- Both are compounded therapies your provider may prescribe. GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper peptide used in topical serums to support collagen production, skin repair, and firmness. Topical estradiol is a form of estrogen studied to improve skin thickness, elasticity, and hydration — particularly in mature or postmenopausal skin. We prepare each to your prescriber's specifications.
