How to Use a TopiClick Dispenser walkthrough.

Topi-Click is a metered-dose dispenser used for compounded HRT creams, testosterone, progesterone, and similar topicals. Each click delivers a fixed volume — much more precise than estimating with a finger or a spoon.

Step by step.

  1. 01

    Prime a new dispenser

On first use, turn the bottom dial until cream appears at the tip. This 'primes' the device — the priming amount is not part of your dose.

Twisting the ribbed white base of a Topiclick airless dispenser to prime it.
  2. 02

    Dial your prescribed dose

Most prescriptions are written as 'X clicks twice daily.' One click = 0.25 mL of cream. Turn the dial that many times — you'll feel each click.

  3. 03

    Dispense onto skin or fingertip

Press the tip against the application area or onto a clean fingertip. The cream comes out in a precise dose.

Dispensing a small dab of cream onto the inner forearm from the Topiclick dispenser.
  4. 04

    Rotate application sites

Common sites: inner forearm, inner thigh, abdomen. Rotate sites daily to prevent skin saturation. Don't apply to broken or irritated skin.

Rubbing the dispensed cream into the inner forearm in a gentle circular motion.
  5. 05

    Wash hands and store

Wash hands after applying (don't transfer hormones to others by skin contact). Store the Topi-Click upright at room temperature, capped.

Notes

  • If a click feels stuck, gently tap the device on a hard surface; don't force the dial.
  • Track which sites you've used in a small log — saturation tolerance varies.
